A tip for sticking with at home workouts are 1.) schedule it and 2.) find a workout buddy.
Many of my clients say that having an appointment is key to their consistency. I schedule my at home workout times just like I do an appointment. I put it in my phone calendar with an alarm set for when I should do it.
When clients come in for a class, I’m essentially their workout buddy. We talk about their day, they ask about mine, and we connect. Having a sense of community with a workout partner (even virtual) helps with sticking to at home workouts.
