What are 1 or 2 Examples of Workouts that Can Easily Be Done at Home (or simply not at a gym/studio)?
One example of a workout that can be done easily at home is my new course offering Lush Living REboot. Each class is under 30 minutes, you can conveniently stream it from any device, and you could do the warm up or cool down if you only have 10 minutes. If you want a longer class, combine the mobility and stability workout for an hour class.
Another example of a workout that can be done easily at home is cleaning your floors. I know it’s not a sexy choice, but I fully consider cleaning my floors a workout. It involves my upper body by wiping with both hands and my lower body has to squat or crawl around. You stack your life by having clean floors and working up a sweat!
