What Kinds of Conflicts or Roadblocks (either logistical or mental) Can Get in the Way of Completing an At-Home Workout?
I feel like the roadblocks that get in the way of completing an at-home workout are 1.) motivation and 2.) time.
Our REboot program has a Facebook group where you can meet fellow workout buddies to help hold each other accountable as well as a workout calendar checklist.
Since the workouts are under 30 minutes, and can be broken down into even shorter segments, it’s helps when you truly don’t feel like you have enough time.
