Wednesday: Cross Train (walk, garden, anything that moves you)

Thursday: Module 3, Mobility

Friday: Module 3, Stability

Saturday: Cross Train (walk, garden, anything that moves you)

Sunday: Rest

Monday: Graduate to Module 4 (or repeat Module 3 for 12 week program pacing)
