Virtual Sessions, REboot Program, and Lush Library: Your Path to Fitness

The offerings I provide while working at a standing desk

Today's topic is an inside look at the different offerings that I provide.

Virtual Sessions

If you're on my email list, you would have received an about my client who needed to cancel last minute due to a cold. She respected the 24-hour cancellation policy, which I appreciate, but I still wanted to work out. She asked if we could do a virtual session, and I said, “YES!” Over the holidays, she purchased the Workout Kit, and I knew she had all the props we use in the studio for her workouts. I also see her regularly, so I know her body and what she's working on. We decided to use FaceTime, but you could use Skype or Zoom. There are so many different platforms for virtual meetings, webinars, conferences, or whatever you want to call them. So we chose FaceTime, and we did some intense mat work. We mainly used props and weights, but I was able to utilize a dining room chair, which was helpful for some homework she could do on her own.

On my website, I call this offering “Lush Live.” It's a private, virtual live session I can record and send you via email. Contact me directly if you want to schedule an appointment.

REboot Program

The REboot Program is my six-week mobility and strength course. If you're tech-savvy, you can stream and take it when you travel for work. Otherwise, I offer a DVD for the tech dinosaurs. If you’re a snowbird or want something to supplement your workouts at home, this is the perfect program for you. It's six weeks long, but honestly, you could extend it, repeat it, and pick and choose your favorite workouts. There's a workout series called “Strength” and another called “Mobility.” There are two videos per week, so cumulatively, there are 12. The workouts are just under 30 minutes apiece, so that's fantastic for squeezing into your busy day!

If you're getting back into working out and need an easy entry point, this program is perfect for you. You begin at Week 1 and choose the Strength or Mobility workout. Whichever category speaks to you most, start there. Then, you can alternate with the other video. Do them as frequently as you want. Then, when you feel adequately strong and mobile and feel more comfortable with the movements, you move to the following week.

REboot gives you foundational alignment, strength, and mobility strategies, and we'll get you to a really good place of movement health by the time you finish, even if you’re struggling with pain or injury.

Lush Library

The Lush Library is my online library of studio-quality workouts. This might be geared more toward regular exercises, studio clients, and Fitness Pros. If you want to see how I meld the world of Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Restorative Exercise, Movement Analysis, and everything I've learned, this virtual library is it! I used to teach a mat class on Mondays and record them so real-life bodies were doing the exercises. Those videos are roughly an hour long, along with all kinds of videos by body part, length, and focus. They're all living in my library and the first week is free!
