REboot is a six-week whole body approach to bring healthy exercise back into your life. It's a step by step program that builds strength and flexibility; perfect for those looking to get back into a regular exercise routine.

How does REboot work?
For 6 weeks, you’ll utilize 2 videos per week, totaling 12 different workouts.

I am doing this 6 week program to gain more body awareness and improve my quality of movement. Since completing the program I have noticed improvement in alignment, flexibility, and movement. I no longer get stiff and sore after doing activities that use to cause discomfort. I think most anyone of any age or movement level could benefit from this program. It is very unique in that it almost doesn’t feel like you’ve worked out and yet the benefits are surprisingly profound. I appreciated the 30 minute time slot as well. It is easier to carve out 30 minutes a day versus an hour. I have done many different exercise programs through the years and this one is without a doubt the best. It is a wonderful program.

I was doing the 6-week course to get back into a regular workout routine. I really loved that fact that the sessions were just half an hour and there were alternating programs to do each week so that I didn’t get bored doing the same thing every day. I think that the exercises helped me get in better shape. I think this is a great program for anyone wanting to get into a regular exercise routine.
